Dave will give his lecture intended for last month entitled "What's Going on with Betelgeuse?" His talk will discuss the theories as to why Betelgeuse changed brightness and also take a quick dive into the topic of direct stellar observing (Actually resolving the stellar disk of stars.)

Club member John Favalessa will also debut as a Local Group lecturer and give a presentation on the size of the universe. Just how big is this thing?
