Sundown is at 7:36pm. Nautical Twilight is at 8:34pm

The planets have all moved to the morning but we'll have lots of galaxies, star clusters and nebulae to delight and entertain! Maybe a constellation talk too.

We will have our regular telescope workshop beginning at 6:00. Bring out that old telescope you have in the closet or that new one you just purchased and we'll help you get it up and running. Please make sure you bring all the parts and necessary batteries.

Enter the park via the main gate, turn left at the ranger station and continue to the end of the road past the large rocks.

Notes:

This is a County Park so please be mindful of the rules. aka, no alcohol. No smoking of any kind except in your vehicle. The park normally closes at sundown but during our Star Parties, we make special arrangements to have the gates open until the event concludes. Also, please stay at the event after dark. The rest of the park is not open to the public after dark and you will be asked to leave if you stray from the event area.
