Sundown is at 7:55pm. Nautical Twilight is at 8:56pm

We will have our regular telescope workshop beginning at 6:00. Bring out that old telescope you have in the closet or that new one you just purchased and we'll help you get it up and running. Please make sure you bring all the parts and necessary batteries.

Current COVID recommendations are that masks are recommended, family groups should maintain social distancing. We are currently not required to verify vaccination status. The park may change these restrictions at any time.

Enter the park via the main gate, turn left at the ranger station and continue to the end of the road past the large rocks.

Notes:

This is a County Park so please be mindful of the rules. aka, no alcohol. No smoking of any kind except in your vehicle. The park normally closes at sundown but during our Star Parties, we make special arrangements to have the gates open until the event concludes. Also, please stay at the event after dark. The rest of the park is not open to the public after dark and you will be asked to leave if you stray from the event area.
