7:00 PM Presentation: "Objects and Images in Astronomy" by Jim Moldenhauer
When viewing objects in the night sky and/or capturing images of such objects for astrophotography, there are various factors that can impact the quality of the imaging: size, distance, brightness, and atmospheric conditions are just a few of these elements. For this month's club program, Local Group member Jim Moldenhauer will explain these key factors to consider and how to address them to optimize your viewing or possibly, image capture for astrophotography.
This session will review the topics Jim presented in the July club meeting presentation and share additional viewing factors and how to address them.
We look forward to seeing you at the meeting!
